By downloading, installing, and using the NotionAlly mobile application ("App"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NotionAlly ("we," "our," "us," or "Company") regarding your use of the App.

2. License and Use

• All activities that occur under your account
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breaches

3.2 Appropriate Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the App to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Harass, defame, or harm any individual or entity
• Distribute malware or malicious code
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Access data you are not authorized to access

3.3 Notion Compliance

Your use of the App is also subject to Notion's Terms of Service. You agree to comply with Notion's policies when accessing your Notion workspace through the App. Any violation of Notion's Terms of Service may result in suspension or termination of your access to the App.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 App Ownership

The App, including all content, features, and functionality (source code, graphics, logos, user interface) is owned by NotionAlly and is protected by intellectual property laws.

4.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create or import into Notion through the App. We do not claim ownership of your data or Notion content.

4.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App, we may use this feedback without compensation or attribution.

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Notion Integration

The App relies on Notion's API and services. Your use of the App is subject to:

• Notion's Privacy Policy

We are not responsible for Notion's policies, services, or any disruptions to Notion's infrastructure.

5.2 Third-Party Libraries

The App may use open-source libraries and third-party components. We respect all applicable licenses and provide attribution as required.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 "As Is" Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of content

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

6.2 Data Loss Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

• Loss, corruption, or deletion of data
• Inability to access your Notion workspace
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Data loss due to device failure or user error

We recommend regularly backing up your Notion data.

6.3 Service Availability

We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or other reasons beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Loss of use or business interruption
• Damages arising from data breaches or security issues beyond our reasonable control

7.2 Cap on Liability

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid for the App in the past 12 months (or $0 if the App is free).

7.3 Essential Terms

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain liabilities. If you are in such a jurisdiction, the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NotionAlly, its developers, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or costs arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms of Use
• Your misuse of the App
• Your violation of applicable laws
• Your infringement of third-party rights
• Your use of Notion or other third-party services in violation of their terms

9. Termination

9.1 User Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you:

• Violate these Terms of Use
• Engage in illegal or harmful activities
• Abuse the App or our services
• Violate Notion's Terms of Service

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked. Your local data will remain on your device unless you manually delete it.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Posting the updated terms in the App
• Sending you an email notification
• Displaying a prominent notice in the App

Your continued use of the App after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
