When you log in using Notion's OAuth, we collect:

• Your Notion workspace ID and name
• OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens

These are necessary to authenticate your account and allow the App to access your Notion databases.

• Your app preferences and settings (appearance, auto-save intervals, etc.)
• Crash logs and error reports (if enabled)

• Device type, operating system version, and app version
• General usage analytics (features used, frequency of use)

Your data is primarily processed on your device. However, to use the App, you must:

• Authenticate through Notion's OAuth service
• Allow the App to communicate with Notion's API

• OAuth tokens are encrypted in the Keychain

• OAuth Tokens: Retained until you log out or revoke access
• App Settings: Retained until you uninstall the App or manually clear data
• Cache Data: Automatically cleared based on app settings and cache expiration policies
• Crash Logs: Retained for up to 30 days for debugging purposes

5. Sharing Your Information

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your information to third parties. Your information is shared only with:

• Notion, Inc.: When you use the App to authenticate and access your Notion databases
• Service Providers: We have none

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt-out of certain data processing
